We provide in/out service, and are equipped with the latest technology in banana ripening. Our "cold-rooms" are climate-controlled and electronically monitored.
We also have a state-of-the art salad processing room. From fine "taco-cut" to Caesar Salad, to carrot and celery sticks, all of our processed food meets or exceeds all FDA guidelines. We are HACCP Certified.
